hi babe i hope its not much a problem but could u please do a tut on how to do the outline like detailed w pics bc i cnt figure it out and i tried like 5 of theM?

sure!! 

so first off, open your png. this is how it should look.

next, press down your control key and at the same time, click on the layer preview image in the layer palette, as shown below so you select the png outline.

after that, go to select- modify - expand, and when the window pops up enter 2px.

next, make a new layer (( shortcut is ctrl shift n )) and use the paint bucket tool to fill the selection with a color of your choice. 

next, go to select - modify - contract, and enter 1 px when the window pops up. 

next, press the delete button on your keyboard and that’s it! deselect the selection by pressing ctrl d, and you’re done. hope this helped!
